About the site:
The Healthcare Coverage Post is an online community (OK, it’s a blog) that supports the 47 million Americans without healthcare insurance. Connecting with others going through the same thing can make a world of difference, and we hope our web site helps provides this connection. We offer the latest news, information, resources, and support through our discussion forums, news and advocacy sections, and more. This web site is for everyone . . .
- People struggling to find good healthcare without insurance.
- Workers whose employer health benefits have run out.
- College kids not covered under their parents policy anymore.
- Families seeking healthcare for their children.
- Employers and politicians looking for information about people’s struggles.
- Elderly people falling through the Medicare cracks.
- Many more…

About me:
Dan McHugh is an ergonomics engineer living in Massachusetts. His work is health-related of sorts, but most importantly, he’s traveled the maze of getting and keeping good healthcare over the years. Tennis and piano playing are old passions recently renewed. He’s admittedly addicted to the pundit shows, although he’s had to turn them off during the election coverage (there is a saturation point, after all).
